A town council and a dealership's commitment to improving the quality of life of San Xoán de Río residents translates into 100% electric carsharing.

San Xoán de Río is a small municipality in southeastern Galicia, made up of 59 population centres, all of them spread across 9 different parishes.
Naturally, this wonderful location, surrounded by so much nature, between the Sierra de A Moa and the Navea river, and just an hour from Ourense, deserves to be preserved…
And the truth is that more than 500 residents of this small Galician municipality are grateful that it remains so with the arrival of a carsharing service exclusive to them. That's right, 100% electric.
That's right. Thanks to the coordination between the dealership Hyupersa de Hyundai, the San Xoán town council and the initiative of VIVe de Hyundai, residents can now make free use, and free for the first 3 months, of a private vehicle with the confidence of knowing they are continuing to care for the ecosystem where they live and from which they live.

What use is already being made of VIVe, the 100% electric rural carsharing service, in San Xoán de Río?
We live in times when it is more important to show that we know how to work as a team, rather than that we know how to work alone.
And that is the enthusiasm that has driven Hyupersa, the town council, and the Hyundai brand towards the dream of improving the quality of life of residents who are going to have more freedom than ever. That's right, without fear of polluting San Xoán.
And that's how its mayor Xosé Miguel Pérez tells it to the newspaper La Región, who is very satisfied to see that the Hyundai KONA electric is being used for such varied and, at the same time, important purposes as doing banking errands, going to the centre of Ourense, or taking our loved ones to get vaccinated.
And essentially, a carsharing service complements the scarce mobility offered by public transport services in geographical points as beautiful, but as poorly connected, as San Xoán.
Which translates into freedom, and that, at the same time, means quality of life.
That is why it is no longer surprising today that around twenty town councils have relied on Dealerbest's technology to launch a wonderful public carsharing service for their residents.
