Since December 2nd, the residents of Belinchón, a small municipality located in the province of Cuenca, 75.7 km from Madrid, have become the latest addition to the VIVe project. Hand in hand with Hyundai and Dealerbest, the 369 inhabitants will improve mobility in rural areas of Spain and will have this carsharing service as an alternative to public transport.
If you haven't yet discovered this project with which VIVe is winning over rural areas of Spain, we'll tell you a bit about what it is and why you should choose it.
What is VIVe by Hyundai?
VIVe is the first shared and sustainable mobility project carried out in rural areas or in "emptied Spain".
This project was born as a result of the agreement between Hyundai and Dealerbest, with the aim of offering a response to the mobility problems of towns in Spain where public transport usually doesn't have a frequent schedule, forcing residents to adjust their lives to these timetables.
In a society where the idea of ownership is increasingly less ingrained, VIVe offers great benefits for those people who, for different reasons, don't have a personal vehicle or, even if they do, don't want to use it, at a truly affordable price for everyone.
Why choose VIVe?
VIVe is a great option for four main reasons:
The first is because it has been the first project designed to make life easier in municipalities far from provincial capitals.
The second is because it is an electric car. This means it doesn't pollute, thereby protecting the rural environment where it is installed. Furthermore, it is easy to handle because it is an automatic vehicle. Its driving comfort is going to turn VIVe into a whole experience.
The third is because it is a digitalized project. This means that VIVe works through a mobile application, available on iOS and Android, through which the vehicle is booked and paid for, also using the app to open, start, and close the car.
And lastly, and probably the one that interests you the most, is that VIVe is completely free for the first three months of use. From the fourth month onwards, there is a pay-per-use fee and its price won't leave you indifferent, we assure you!
Sounds good, right?
Give it a try! What do you have to lose?
