CDK Global and DealerBest reach an agreement to integrate their management systems

Dealerbest, a leading company in the automotive sector, and CDK Global, one of the largest technology providers serving the automotive industry, have reached an agreement in which both brands are committed to connecting their systems.

Papel Cero, Dealerbest's software developed exclusively by and for automotive professionals for the digitalization of processes and workflow in dealerships, will be integrated with CKD Global's DMS systems, Autoline and Aswin.

What will the integration look like?

The connection between the systems aims to adapt to the needs of each of its customers. To this end, we are launching three different packages depending on the degree of integration the dealership desires.

At the basic level of integration with Papel Cero, customer data will be synchronized automatically. In the more complete integration packages, synchronization will additionally be extended to vehicle and aftersales data, and to economic and offer data in the case of the highest integration level.

What are the most important benefits of the integration?

Of course, the ability to have data, documentation and information available in both systems. The integration between Papel Cero and CDK Global's DMS systems will make it easier to carry out complete workflows, from the first contact of the sales department with the customer, to vehicle registration and delivery in a faster and simpler way.
