The Spanish Government has launched financial aid within the recovery, transformation and resilience plan for small businesses and self-employed workers, whose objective is to provide companies with basic digitalisation tools that allow them to digitalise their business while boosting their economy. Welcome to the Digital Toolkit programme!
What should I know about the Digital Toolkit programme?
These are subsidies offered by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Digital Transformation to micro-enterprises with between 1 and 9 employees, small businesses with between 10 and 49 employees, and self-employed workers who want to make progress in the level of digital maturity of their business, implementing packages of digital solutions available on the market in their company's daily work, provided they do not exceed 12,000 euros.
The fund allocated for this programme amounts to 3 billion euros and companies can apply for a voucher to access these digitalisation solutions for 12 months in three areas of action divided into DTK packages:
- Ecommerce package: includes implementing a point-of-sale terminal and collaboration with digital partners, among others.
- Digital marketing package: includes digital presence, positioning and the development of marketing channels.
- Digital business administration package: meaning the implementation of tools that digitalise and automate everyday processes.
These DTK packages can only be implemented in companies through digitalisation solutions offered by digital agents such as Dealerbest.
How do I apply for the aid?
To qualify for this aid, you must register on the Government website AceleraPyme and take a self-assessment that will define the level of digital maturity of your company to find out which DTK package is most suitable for you.
Please note that only the DTK packages resulting from the assessment can be chosen. This ensures that the aid is used to improve the company's level of digitalisation and not to replace services already implemented in it.
Once the assessment has been completed, the data provided will be validated and the vouchers will be awarded.
IMPORTANT!: If you want to join the programme, contact us before completing the self-assessment to ensure it is carried out correctly, avoiding errors that could harm the approval of your application.
What are the requirements to participate in the Digital Toolkit programme?
- Be a micro-enterprise, SME or self-employed worker.
- Comply with the requirements established in the General Subsidies Law.
- Not exceed the amount of de minimis aid.
- You may be required to exceed certain activity thresholds to ensure the viability of the business.
