Discover the new features of the Paper Zero February 2021 version

Here it is! The new version of Papel Cero, fresh out of the oven. Keep reading to discover all the new features.

• Case file data panel
  New feature when dragging the vertical bar that divides the case file data and the documents section to make the area we want larger.
• Fixed PIN for DUWA in Papel Cero Desktop
  Designed so that another person without access to Papel Cero can view them or fill in pending documents, a function has been developed to generate a single PIN for all case files.
• Custom send message for DUWA
  When sending a message through the Awasign or DUWA signing module, the email content can be customised according to the parameters set by the client.
• New date and time data type for case files and schemas
  In order to create future events within Papel Cero, a new date and time data type has been developed for case files and schemas.
• Run multiple instances with parameter in computer settings
  Possibility of opening several different instances simultaneously in Papel Cero.
• Ability to modify the colours of Papel Cero icons
• The Awasign Desktop signing module
  From the temporary mailbox, it allows the option of multiple signers, and other functions have also been developed: including custom marks in the document, managing signature statuses, placing signatures according to keywords, positioning the signature, including date and time.
• New contact selection form
• Manage case file permissions
  We can choose the group of people or the person who we want to see that case file on a one-off basis.
• Separator for my case file tasks and my document tasks
  New summary box divided into three parts: my tasks with case files, my tasks with documents, my case files.

In addition, the following corrections have been made:

• Optimisation of the dashboard and several queries
• Improved VO management
• Update of internal objects for sending and receiving emails
• Improvements in pattern reassignment

With these new updates, Papel Cero aims to achieve 360º digitalisation both in the vehicle sales process and in the user experience at a commercial level and for the end customer.
