November 2020 Version of Papel Cero is Now Available

At Dealerbest we constantly work on updating our services to offer our clients a 100% digital experience and the best solutions to every single need presented by the automotive sector.

Today we tell you about the new features that Papel Cero brings for you in its version:

• Vehicle stock: The new stock section will allow you to keep control of the status of vehicles and their location, you will also be able to generate the sales file automatically taking all the data from the car's record and going to the workflow.
• Used vehicle economic management: Designed by sector professionals in collaboration with dealerships that work with Papel Cero, we bring an economic management aimed at used vehicles.
• Label linking: With this function we manage to reduce the data entry time in a file by linking labels to each other, this way if we have fields that repeat, such as the case that the holder of new and used vehicles is the same, by entering the data in the new vehicle labels, the program will repeat the data in the used vehicle labels.

  We also have the linking of label types such as dates; in case we have to indicate an expiration that originates from another date, by indicating the latter the program would automatically calculate the expiration one.

  Finally, linking fields of the economic management with the file labels, this way we will be able to generate templates with economic fields.

• Searches filtering by file type: In the pop-up window of the search engine located in the Papel Cero command control you will find a dropdown at the top and to the right, in which you can select and filter the search by a specific file type. When selecting an option, the results returned by the search engine will include only those related to the selected file type.

With these new updates, Papel Cero seeks to achieve a 360º digitalization in the vehicle sales process at dealerships and a better user experience for both the automotive sector salesperson and the final customer.
