Qcar by Quikly, the mobility ecosystem for Official Services and Agents

Last July 2, the 1st Online Congress of FAGENAUTO, Federation of Associations of Official Agents and Paco Díaz, CEO of Dealerbest and Bequikly, took part in the final discussion presenting Qcar by Bequikly, our shared and sustainable mobility project for Official Services and FAGENAUTO Agents.
The Qcar by Quikly model allows official services, through technological platforms, to create mobility ecosystems in their area of influence using the vehicles they already have registered and, in most cases, immobilized.
How does Qcar by Quikly work?
Official services do not need any extra resources to launch the Qcar by Quikly model, because they already have the essentials for its operation: vehicles, a pick-up and drop-off area, maintenance and the business base. The operation of the service is very simple:
- Download the App. Through the mobile application, official service customers can access the available fleet and select reservation dates.
- Create a profile. Each customer has a profile with their personal data, documentation and payment method. Users can view and update their profile.
- OnBoarding. Through the application, customers can complete the registration process by uploading their documentation (ID, driving license…) and the approval of new profiles can be carried out automatically through biometric validation.
- Payments. To make a reservation, it is essential for the user to enter a valid payment method. Payment is made through the App itself.
The role of agents and official services
In addition to already having the resources available to work with Qcar by Quikly, official services have a territorial dispersion that allows them to create mobility models that help fill the gaps in public transport in Spain, especially in non-metropolitan areas.
The purpose of the model is for mobility in Spain to be in the hands of local companies, which are the ones best able to help achieve the goals of ecology and sustainability, and to give those companies the opportunity to take part in a new business for them and their area of influence.
Who can use the Qcar by Quikly mobility model?
Any individual or legal entity that needs a vehicle depending on different circumstances: a family car for going on holiday, a car for getting around in poorly connected towns, a fleet for a company… Qcar by Quikly aims to respond mainly to the mobility needs of so-called rural Spain.
What is the difference between traditional carsharing and Qcar by Quikly?
With the Qcar by Quikly service, vehicles are picked up and returned at controlled points: dealership workshops, train stations, private car parks… In this way, official services and agents have the guarantee that vehicles are always monitored and in perfect condition, thus creating an economically sustainable and profitable project.
