The Commercial Talent School, formed by AMDA and Dealerbest, is launching a new training course.
The course will cover all types of academic competencies with fully updated content.
The Commercial Talent School has been launched, training a dozen future sales advisors, a professional profile that is currently in high demand.
The first training session took place at IFEMA, The Madrid Fair. There, both Paco Díaz, CEO of Dealerbest, and the manager of AMDA, Manuel Castro, have been discussing the importance of training in the commercial sector. In this space, everything from advice for future sales professionals to values such as perseverance, staying up to date, empathy, or knowing the audience have been generated.
All of this accompanied by an introduction, by Millán de Juan, to the world of the automotive industry. This first introduction has taken into account the changes that cars have undergone due to the environment, as well as manufacturing and consumption statistics within Spain.
“A change is taking place in the traditional way of selling. The customer is more demanding, which forces us to implement a system of professionalization of the conventional figure of the salesperson,” states Paco Díaz, CEO of Dealerbest.
The dozen students will increase their knowledge and experience within a sector that is fully booming. Therefore, the two-week training course with specialists in the sector is highly focused on the use of digital resources, an essential requirement to survive in the world of sales.
The remaining sessions will be taught at Dealerbest's headquarters located in Pinto. In these facilities, students will be able to learn topics such as vehicle processing, digital marketing and social media, as well as the different financing options.
“The profiles in demand prioritize attitudinal values over experience in the sector, driving the growth of candidate selection models that include training in online sales and lead management prior to joining the dealership,” comments Millán de Juan, Head of Consulting at Dealerbest.
Therefore, the Commercial Talent School is synonymous with success, with the best tools and the best trainers in the sector. Without a doubt, this is the beginning of the change towards a new commercial mindset.
