Workspaces that motivate, do you think the workspace does not influence the worker?

Although you may not believe it, it does influence, and it does so in their well-being and work performance because, did you know that employees of a company spend more than two-thirds of their working day in their workplace? Believe it or not, it does have an impact, and it affects their well-being and work performance because, did you know that employees spend more than two-thirds of their working day at their workplace? What's more, many people spend more time there than in their own homes, and that says it all.

Did you know that more than 48% of Spanish employees say that spaces that encourage concentration should be a priority? And that the most engaged workers are those who work in innovative spaces? And we can't forget that many workers who enjoy flexible working hours perform much better than those who are forced to always follow the same schedule in the same place.

Several studies claim that the new happiness at work is fulfillment. What does this mean? That by prioritizing a positive work experience, offering spaces dedicated exclusively to well-being, and having management that motivates, recognizes, and fosters employees' professional development, it translates into workers feeling more eager to come to work, happier, and more committed.

A workspace adapted to employees' needs makes them feel more engaged, also preventing the departure of top talent, and makes them more efficient when carrying out their tasks. But, is it possible to improve the workspace and, consequently, improve workers' happiness without spending excessive financial resources?

The answer is yes, and we know this for a fact because we ourselves have implemented this philosophy in our Hangar, our workplace, and the costs have been just what was needed. Want to know how?

A much more spacious workspace

Our offices are completely open-plan, so communication between departments and among workers themselves is full. This encourages unity and improves the good vibes among everyone, allowing us to get to know each other a little better.

Independent meeting rooms

Even though open-plan spaces have many advantages, we can't forget that there are certain moments when privacy is necessary. That's why we have several independent rooms where meetings always go well.

Areas dedicated to relaxation

Because breaks are essential for full performance, we have areas with sofas on the lower part of the office and even a patio where we clear our heads and disconnect for a while.

A daily homemade menu

No more Tupperware here! Thanks to the full kitchen in our Hangar and the canteen, we have a daily homemade menu at a very affordable price that saves us from having to think about what to eat the next day.

The little details are what count

Coffee, tea, and fruit at our complete disposal to recharge our batteries. Besides being a breath of fresh air for our ideas, our health improves too.

What do you think today? Our ideas on whiteboards!

Small whiteboards and colored chalk may seem like little, but creativity is boosted and so is the capacity for expression. Anyone who wants to can write on them, offer positive messages, or inspiring phrases to start the day in the best spirits.

Movable furniture

Our tables and chairs can be moved at any time. This way, teamwork is enhanced and so is the relationship between workers.

After all this, do you still think that the workspace doesn't correspond to your workers' attitude and that you don't need workspaces that motivate them?
