Aldauto Motor achieves 100% efficiency in file management thanks to Papel Cero

We spoke with Ángel García, manager of Aldauto Motor. After several months of implementation, they are now taking stock of everything they have learned and what having the tool has brought them.

They travelled on paper during the concession, generating efficiency issues and problems between teams due to the lack of rigour in the processes.
