Start winning over your customers
It is well known that during the vehicle purchase process, many factors come into play that influence the customer's willingness to make a decision. Identifying them is key when designing your sales strategy. How do these factors come into play at the dealership?
It is well known that during the vehicle purchase process, a multitude of factors come into play that condition the customer's disposition when making a decision. Identifying them is key when designing the commercial strategy.
How do these factors present themselves at the dealership?
Let's put ourselves in the situation: you are a customer interested in purchasing a specific vehicle, so you visit three different dealerships with the aim of comparing prices. After finishing your tour, you discover that the best offer was given to you by a salesperson who, let's say, you didn't particularly like. You decide to insist and return to the dealership where you felt most comfortable. Once there, the salesperson adjusts the price and you buy from them almost without thinking twice.
Why does this happen?
People, although complex, share common elements that are part of our nature and human psychology. To a greater or lesser extent, we all seek the same things. When purchasing a product, this does not change. When a customer finds themselves in the situation described above, they go to the dealership conditioned by what is known as purchase motivations. In marketing, these motivations are summarized in the acronym MICASO.
What if we told you that one of these motivations is stronger than all the others and that you can control it?
Something we seek not only in purchase processes, but in our daily lives. A reason that often does not respond to logic. The reason why, on occasion, we make great financial efforts in our lives. Indeed, it is Affection.
Our idea behind Fresh People Sales is to train salespeople in coaching and social intelligence so that factors such as price or proximity stop being determining factors for customers.
We firmly believe that salespeople can guide their actions to connect with and win over their customers, immerse them in an authentic context of relationship, break the traditional sales dynamic, and make them fall in love.
Happy Valentine's Day!
