The first change has been the convenience of its use. Anyone at the dealership can access the files, without fear of them being misplaced or lost. Also, as they are in PDF, you can forward them if necessary.

Improved user experience

Thanks to Papel Cero, we have eliminated awkward situations. We used to have to get up from the table to locate documents and, in the end, you would sit back down in front of the customer and sometimes say: “I have requested it from administration, I will send it to you when I have it.” With Papel Cero, the customer sees how “you find it and obtain it immediately,” saving them time and making their visit to the dealership more efficient.

Time savings

We save between 5% and 15% of time, depending on the department, thanks to the speed of finding files or documents. Before, everything was quite laborious; no matter how careful we were when filing a record, when it was necessary to retrieve a document we had to go to the general archive and locate the filing cabinet where it might be. Now everything is at the click of a button.
